Why we built it
We started as a small team of four seasonal hoteliers and data analysts who spent years watching independent properties price rooms with incomplete information, local instinct, and too much manual guesswork. Over time, we built an internal pricing engine to bring seasonality, holiday pressure, destination demand, and day-to-day booking context into one clearer workflow that owners could actually use. That engine helped many local hospitality businesses make stronger pricing decisions, protect revenue on high-demand nights, and move faster on softer dates without relying on enterprise software. After seeing how useful it became in the field, we decided to take it online so more boutique hotels, villas, and homestays could use the same approach.
